Law School for Insurance Professionals

The Northeastern New York CPCU Chapter is once again co-sponsoring the Law School for Insurance Professionals. This year's program will not only provide insight to everyday claim situations and various legal procedures, but also review the amendment to New York Insurance Law 3420 regarding late notice.
