May: A Message from your President ...2017 Albany I Day
Albany I DAY was held on May 3, 2017 at the Albany Marriott on Wolf Road. The Northeastern New York Chapter of the CPCU Society was a sponsor of the event again this year. We manned a table displaying Insurance Education materials and fun giveaways donated by The Institute and The CPCU Society Membership Services.

Mark Dentinger, CPCU awarded 2017 Chapter Volunteer of the Year
Mark Denitinger, CPCU has been awarded 2017 NENY Chapter CPCU Volunteer of the Year. Mark originally initiated this award when he was President of the Chapter. Mark is a past President, Vice President and Treasurer of the Chapter. He has served on the Albany I Day Committee for several years and recommends the receiptient for the Fran Bartlett Memorial Scholarship from the amny applications received from high school seniors. Mark volunteers help to CAPTAINS, The Regional Food Bank, Patroon Land Farm and the Equinox.

June: A Message from your President... Patroon Land Farm
Our New Designee Committee decided to organize a Volunteer opportunity for our Chapter at the Regional Food Bank at Patroon Land Farm. Shelby Dodd and Cody Cacicio took the lead on this event which occurred on Saturday June 3, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. They did a great job of organizing and publicizing the event. We had nine Chapter members who were present: Shelby Dodd, Cody Cacicio, Angela French, Dan Papierniak, Angela Zumbolo, Kathleen Armina, Khrystie Parks, Mark Dentinger and myself. It was a great day to plant beets and scallions.
