Shelby is a graduate of Siena College with a B.S. in Marketing and Management. She has held various positions in her 20 year career with many years focused on the training and education of Agents and CSR’s. Currently, she is Regulatory Compliance Analyst for American National in Albany, NY.
She earned her CPCU designation in 2016. In addition, she has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® designation from HR Certification Institute® and the Association Compliance Professional® designation from Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals®.
